Another new guy.
« on: August 29, 2012, 12:42:16 PM »
Hi, I joined recently, and thought I'd introduce myself. My name's Mike, and I live in southeast Iowa near Ottumwa. (fictional home of Radar O'Reilly) I was just given a '72 CB350F, which has a bent valve, and probably needs quite a bit of tlc otherwise. I'll be going to pick it up in a few weeks. Also have a '72 XL250, which is a decent original bike. I hope to be working on the 350 through the winter, and have it back on the road next year. I expect I'll be frequenting the forum with lots of questions, dumb or otherwise.

Welcome to the forum.  I live in Hiawatha, on the edge of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

I have a 1976 CB750F1 that I ride, and parts to build 1 or 2 more F1s.

Search and read on this forum, ask questions if you can't find the answer you seek.  I have learned tons here.

Thanks for the welcome! I hope to be able to pick up my 350 next weekend, but I've already named it Mr. Miyagi.
