The original color, I believe, was Candy Flake Apricot but I really must pat my color blind old self on the back for picking this shade.  It is really growing on me and after an hour or two of tiny brushes and paint the badges are mounted......

The Mac 4 into 2 mufflers may be period correct but they are damn sure not plug and play with the stock headers.  A lot of slicing and dicing with the wheel of death but they are on.  You can also keep the stock side and center stand but I am going to have attach some buffering rubber on the contact points.  Going to look at the carbs one more time, then final bolt up.  I have no idea when I can test ride it, cold as a Witch's sweater muffin here in Virginia currently.....

Leaves in the morning.  Doing something I have never done before, going to trade it for another bike I have been searching for...... I believe I may have hit my CB750K limit...... I haven't even been checking the "Inner Web" for any more candidates for quite awhile......I have actually been spending time on my own rides this winter and have really enjoyed it......

When I sold my candy sunflake orange K4 a few years ago I realized that was one of my favorite colors. Had to find another as I missed it so much. Looking forward to the new project coming your way. Don't keep us in suspense...

Says MAC on the sticker of the rear right exhaust can...
Didn't Mac buy out jardines or somehow acquire them? Not that MAC are near the quality they once were...not that it was ever high...

Going to look a bike after seeing it on line is like when your ugly ass girlfriend pays to have glamor shots done, never what you expect.   Please don't judge me, I have my reasons for this......

1965 Honda CB77 Super Hawk, it completes my trio of 305's since I have restored a CL77 Scrambler and CA77 Dream.  I will start a project thread if there is any interest, it is going to take a lot of work and time hunting down a bunch of expensive hard to find missing parts.  The good, strong compression, runs great, and nice clean title.........

That's a good looking Superhawk.
What's missing on it?

Top engine cover, small sprocket cover that is impossible to find and if you do it takes a small fortune to buy (Honda part number 11661268010).   The chrome fenders are not correct, plus the front one has been bobbed.  Chain guard is period correct aftermarket chrome, should be painted.  I could go on, but I need to decide what direction I am going to go with it, paint color and what goes back OEM and what stays shinny.  Just nice to work on one for me for a change.....
