350F 1975, loose green cable on the left side cover, anyone
« on: October 19, 2014, 07:42:52 AM »
I found this green cable loose, and its does not seem to be in the right place or suppose to be loose.

Bike does not seem to be charging the battery also.

Anyone?.
Cheers

If you trace the wire back, can you see where the other end of the wire goes?  That might help to identify its purpose.

Well, I'm going to say it's purpose is a ground for a three-pin flasher unit, 750s have these too. Looks like it's got a ring connector inserted into the female spade for some reason or other. When not in use for a flasher, it's a convenient ground for something (anything) else.
