Looks like that sucker has an extra cam in it  ???  So many different ones,what style is that one ? A cafe-bobber-flat tracker.

and aside from the tank, it's really just a stripped bike with some cuts made to the frame.. you could make that for very little $. Very nice.

Wonder if there is the same ground clearance turning left? I am sure there are pipes on that side too.
