wiring drama

So I took the fairing off my 78 cb750, and proceed to put a normal headlight bucket in, with 2 turn signals. I have the signals wired up, but for some reason I have extra wires. I don't think I should have extra wires. Here's what i'm missing:

Green wire/red stripe - doesn't have a like color to hook up too
brown wire - no other brown wire to hook up to
2 blue wires - I'm assuming I hook these up to the headlamp
white wire - headlamp again
green wire - there's a spot to hook it into 2 other greens, or do i hook it to the headlamp?
2 black wires - where do these go?

You'll need to keep digging, those wires do have connections in the bucket.

The green w/ red stripe is the neutral light wire, the blue wires are for one side of the turn signals (with out my manual I'm not sure exactly which side), the black is ignition power, greens are grounds, brown should be marker lights, and white goes to the headlight.  Unless someone cut all those connections off they should be in the bucket somewhere.

in the book i've got it says the light green/red wire is neutral light, that's hooked up. This is a normal green/red, the book says "clutch switch" but it doesn't have a connection that I can find. Spent 10 min looking for it.
Blue is hooked up. went to headlight/high-beam.
White is hooked up now, green I have to go buy another female connector for, its too short to cut.
There's an extra black female wire (spot for 2 male black wires). all the other blacks are hooked up.
I'm not running running lamps, so the brown wire isn't used, would I not use this black one too?
my manual doesn't show wiring for running lamps, so there's no brown wire illustrated.
