Anyone Recognize These Shocks and/or Exhaust?

Unknown shocks and exhaust...

The exhaust header completely covers the oil filter housing. No identifying marks that I can see.

One shock has a sticker that starts with a "U" with three or 4 letters. I ask because I'm wondering if they are decent and rebuildable.

See if these match up. If so, they are 12 series shocks with 75/130lb dual rate springs. Still available through Suspension Works.

i think carpy has a header where you cant access the filter?
