I think I have my own picture of this motorcycle but will have to dig it out of the files. It is in the Roger Miller Museum in Western Oklahoma about 10 miles from the Texas panhandle. I think it is a 160- it was bought with the royalties from his single
King of the Road. It is on display at the Roger Miller Museum in Eric, Oklahoma a few miles south of i-40.
The story by the display tells of Elvis pulling up to him in LA in one of his Caddilacs, recognizing him and congratulating him on his songs that were getting airplay and eventually sweeping the grammy awards, winning out over the beatles in their heyday.

I figure this song must be written about his encounter with The King.
Roger Miller "Do Wacka Do"Roger Miller was deinitely one of the greats.
