Oil change on 76 550 how much oil? Seafoam gas tank? Tire pressure avon?

Just curious I'm gonna toss some fresh oil rotella 15/40 in the bike...how much are you guys putting in this thing?
Also is anyone putting seafoam in theres?? I will be putting some seafoam in the gas tank.. how much though? Also I'm guessing regular not premium?? Tire pressure...what's everyone running for tire pressure..warm days?

Tire pressure is specified by the tire manufacturer. My BT45s are running 36psi front, 40psi rear.
