NTTA Toll Tag - How do you mount it?

How do y'all mount a toll tag when using your bike?  Are y'all sticking on the bike or does anyone wear it on their arm or something?

I just let the camera do its job. They have my plate connected to the toll thing. Sometimes I just dodge it sticking close to the inside.One of the toll guys told me about once holding up traffic to get my money out.
