I've had a bike stolen... wasn't due to a tag though, it didn't have one.

Let me put it this way... if I obscure my plate, but post pictures of my bike and they want it, they can still find my bike's location.  I've posted my real name on this forum, my name and address are public record.  Its not hard to find a person... remember Brimmer?

no, i feel ya, i'm paranoid too, that's why ADT monitors my house and garage and I monitor with a shotgun... but i think i've got bigger fish to fry than someone tracking my bikes down from my tags online, vs the hoodlums around here that will steal anything.
