That is superb! I just remembered that I know where there's an engine like that in a mate's garage, I might try to steal it and install it into a little 1930's BSA frame I've got in my garage! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Yeah it's pretty sweet, a guy that work for me builds old Harley's. I did all the tig work on it. The entire valve train is hand made. Well the whole bike is pretty much all hand made. The wheels are American racing magnesium drag car wheels.
It might be going to a show in Japan.
It won people choice at rhinebeck.

I don't know crap about Harley's. Can you school me on what year/type motor that is? I love the mechanical-ness (for lack of a better word) of it. So cool!

Looks like a DAH very rare motor.. terry if you seen one laying about consider yourself lucky. Usually had a small tank and reversed rocker front end.. hillclimbers..
Had a set of them wheels on a bike I sold but front was 18 inch..

It's a custom made clone of a DAH motor.... Same with the WR mag.... Andy makes perfect repos of the late 40s race mag. The oil tank on that bike is the Daytona tank... They only made 50 of them

Might have to get rid of the stabilizer..... It makes it so I have to run the head light and gauges up high.... I really like the line when they are lower

Or Buell twin headlights - super-popular mod in the SV650 world, decide for yourself how it would look on this bike...

FWIW, I'm not a shill for Race Tech - I've just got a thing for good suspension and the RTCE's are the most cost-effective mod for these old damping rod front ends.

Here is my ZRX. How about a Vrod headlight for the Hondacati? It is slick and modern.

I just want to get the round light down lower, it doesn't look right.... The line is all messed up....
Ha my number is 33..... Kinda hard to put lights in that.

Good call
Yes, with great artwork as a bonus. :D

But back to that SV - is that a naked 1st gen with clip-ons?  That would be my favorite SV configuration, and one I had a whole hell of a lot of fun on.

And what subframe/tail is on there?

Sure do like the 90° twins, don't you? ;)
