just curious, but what do you all do for a living..
« on: June 01, 2012, 07:07:22 PM »
we all love these bikes and want to keep them running. we all love wrenching on them and i know allot of the old timers and experts  have worked on them in dealerships and such. not being nosey or trying to dig into anyones personal life.. just curious what folks from different walks of life enjoy these machines. i myself have been an aircraft mechanic for the last 25 years. and these bikes have taught me a bunch of stuff. and i am still learning.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

I was in the Army until I got injured. Now I'm a lot technician (pick ups/deliveries, washing bikes, shop maintenance, forklifting, etc) at a Honda/Ducati/BMW/Yamaha dealership.

Bender, I had a job where I dilivered all the napkins and glass towels to the the top establishments in Park City and Dear Valley.
I miss those days but at the same time you chefs are really hard on your dilivery men.But if I was to go to a reastraunt and spend 150.00 a plate I would hope that I had a real chef cooking or at least in control  of my meal.
So hats off to you guys! and thank you.
