Topic: RC distributor bevel drive/ Can anybody make One?

 There is z fellow on a machining forum works or owns a gearshop.
 I saw a bunch of pics of his Facebook page and there was several examples of similar gear work.
 I will send him a pic this week  and he seems to think he may have made some before
 Will add the shop name.

 Has anyone ever seen the drive on a Milwaukee angle drill? 1/2 hp. drill and I've used them on a 6" hole saw and a 2 9/16" auger bit. They clamp onto the drill body and a 1/2" screw on chuck. It wouldn't be original at all but those parts are bullet proof.  And they can be found cheap.

Are they 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 ?

 Good point Frank, they are reversable one way they underdrive, the other way they overdrive. If I had one here I'd count the turns.
 The reason I know how tough they are, when I was an apprentice a 2 9/16" auger bit caught a knot hole, kicked back, hit me on the jaw, knocked me off the ladder, I held on to it and when I hit the floor it was still running, caught my pants and chewed a hole in my leg. No permanent damage thank goodness.

  I didn't think the gear ratio on the angle drill through. It was a dumb idea. Sorry.
