oil droplet at outer cam cover?

i just noticed randomly a drop of oil coming or hanging at the bottom of the cam cover thing.

the chrome cap on both sides of the top of the motor by the tappet covers held in with one screw thing

is this bad?

No oil leak is good. That looks like a easy fix but not sure my engine does not have those end parts.
