no fire

Honda cb350 1969. Tried to start up the old girl after winter and am not getting any spark out of one side. Other cyl working great. Pretty much a novice - what would cause no fire at all?

I would start by looking at the points to see if there may be a little corrosion from sitting. Also check spark with a known good plug in case you fouled out the old one trying to start it.
