When it idles it doesn't leak but when I hop on the highway it's leaking, I can't seem to see where though. I stopped and looked but seems to be in the front somewhere.
If it's not seeping from the valve cover, then it's probably leaking past the rubber pucks that seal the head bolt holes under the valve cover. The oil leaks down and flows into the spark plug wells. From there, the wind distributes it all over the top end. Tightening won't stop it. You'll need to purchase 6 new pucks, and replace them. Make sure the recesses they seat in are clean and dry, and
use no sealer of any kind on the pucks. As long as you'll have the valve cover off, you may as well re-torque the head. Don't neglect to replace the valve cover and breather cover seals.
