It's probably been asked before  :-[
What size fuel for CB 350f   is it 5.5 ID

3/16" is tight enough you don't need a clamp. 1/4" needs a clamp.

Yes its 5.5mm. Available from Honda, Yamiya etc. Many make do with the American 3/16 or 1/4. But for a true fit, its 5.5 mm which falls in between.

SUDCO has it too.
