CB350 Four Brake Disc interchangeability?
« on: June 20, 2012, 09:42:45 AM »
My bike brakes fine, but after the brakes heat up, if you put the bike on the centerstand, lean it back, and spin the front wheel it will catch on the brake pad a bit at the same spot.  It only happens when it's at its hottest (even a minute of cooling will stop it) but I still think the disc is probably warped.  I'll probably do the pads too while I'm at it, for good measure.  I've never done a bike but I've done cars so I assume it's the same, plus I have a service manual so I think I'll be good once I find the parts.

I'm not finding a lot of options as far as new CB350 Four brake rotors go... are these interchangeable with any other sohc4 bike?

Thanks!

probably the 400F discs will work.  hopefully someone else will chime in.
do the pads.
check the piston for pitting.
get a new caliper piston seal(be sure to really clean out the groove it sits in)
flush your lines well with new brake fluid.
