Cam chain tensioner -- what needs to be replaced?

So I'm looking at my cam chain tensioner here, and the wheels look to be pretty chewed up, so it's probably a good idea to replace those. However, can I get by re-using this cam chain guide? Is there any reason I shouldn't just re-use the guide pin, rubber cushions, roller collar an roller pin?

I would suggest replacing everything including the cam chain. Your tensioner looks pretty worn so a full replacement would seem to be the best course of action. Since you have it torn down to this point anything but full replacement would seem a bit foolish. IMHO

Thanks rkylston. I've got a new chain already, was just hoping I could get by with just new wheels, and save $30

Think of it this way---the rubber on the guide is just as old and hard as that on the rollers, the plugs on the pivot pin may be ok as long as they are proud of the surface when fitted so they get trapped tight when the cylinder is torqued down

What about the primary chains with tensioner when the cam chain tensioner look like that?
