1968 Honda 450 cb help

I need HELP!  I have a 1968 450 CB with bent rods and broken rocker arms.  I have been trying to find the part numbers for some time now.  Can anyone help?  Knowing what year engines are compatible would help as well when I am digging threw a junk yard to find these parts.  Can anyone help?

There have to be countless thousands of those around in MC junkyards. I would also look on fleabay if you haven't for an entire head.

Yer diggin' in the wrong forum, we cover SOHC's in this thread, you need to move this to OTHER BIKES.

Agreed on moving this to other bikes.  Also, check out HondaTwins forums.  You can find some good forums that are specific to Honda Twins with a Google search.

Those 450s are known for losing tension in the rocker arms with age.  Above 8000 rpm you can get valve float that might have caused all the issues you experienced.  If you don't buy new rocker arms, then bear in mind that you probably shouldn't rev the snot out of it after you get it rebuilt.  You could get new rocker shafts made, but they are pricey.

Good luck.
