Thanks guys, I hadn't put up anything as yet as we have been flat out for the past week.  We've had the in-laws over from England, they go home on Thursday.  After we drop them off at the airport, the missus and I are heading straight to the cabin up the Bunyas ;D.

We've just picked up our photos tonight so I might put up a few in the next couple of days. 

I tell you though, today was hard to take, I had to spend the morning out on the boat in glassed out conditions then I had to put up with being force fed beer by the father in-law while sitting on the beach on Fraser Island, it's a tough life ;D.

The youngest daughter goes to language school every Wednesday night to learn German.

So anyway, tonight the teacher was telling the missus and myself that she'd snuck out with her friend and woofed into the Gummy Bears which are these chewy lollies that they get given if they're doing ok.

So sh1t hit the fan about that and while I was having a talk with the young one about it, she says to me
"I think that Mrs ******* got a bit pissed off Dad."   ;D

Ya gotta luv 'em.  ;D

I'm pissed off with the Labor Party. They waffled on about rebuilding after getting smashed by the Coalition, and what happens?

Bill ('Hatchet Man') Shorten, the only serving parliamentary Labour Party member (and "Faceless Man") who knifed both Kevin Dudd and Juliar Gillard gets in front of the cameras today and passionately announces that he'll stand as the new leader, "For the good of the Party"..........

What a two faced, shallow POS. If he gets elected, it just goes to show that Labor has learned nothing from the last disasterous 6 years.............. ;D

Albo should stand, but my only concern is that he sounds like he's got a speech impediment? That sound a bit cruel and I don't mean it to, but I'd be a bit worried about him making any really long speeches? I think they need a "Clean Skin", someone who wasn't involved in all the "Rudd vs Gillard" crap that's been going on for the last 3 years. Not another bloody sheila though, that was a shocker!

Also, they've all got to get over the Carbon tax thing, I was listening to a couple of them saying how they'll fight the coalition to keep the carbon tax as they've got a mandate from their electorates, but what they don't seem to realise is that the coalition have an overwhelming madate from the majority of Aussie voters to piss it off! I disagree Terry, the mandate you suggest came from the lies and hysteria of Abbotts mob, yemember how Albany was to "dissapear of the map due to the carbon tax", how has it impacted on you..? It becomes a Emissions trading scheme soon so the price per ton will be the same world over and it working exceptionally well, our emissions have dropped dramatically and lead to research and development into some very good permanent solutions for power production like geo thermal and large scale solar, i know you'll probably laugh at that but caveman Abbott is slashing funding into ALL alternate energy production, completely in some instances, his foresight goes as far as his rather large ears, which by the way, do very well guarding the empty space in between...

Wow. Where was this thread before my life.

I feel pissed off that I have a job where I'm squeezed into a small tiny office with my coworker.
It's hot as hell and i'm actually sick right now too. Part of me even hopes that I get my coworker sick
