Went today to rescue some of Trevor's project bikes from an unlocked storage shed in a very questionable part of town, where they have been since he was hit back in 2012...

Not sure yet what Pam wants to do with them; there is talk of rigging one of them with a sidecar to get Trevor out of his wheelchair.

That 750 ought to tug a side car just fine.

Needs tires, chain, maybe sprockets, front brakes bled, not sure what the inside of the tank might look like as I don't have the key to open it yet... Might cost more to get it running than what it's worth, any input from the SOHC crowd would be appreciated.

It's just heartbreaking to see this young man like this :'( and the sorry excuse for a human that hit him will more than likely be out and about again in only a few years and a good chance he will do this to someone else again >:( No one can go back in time and change anything in this world, but if Trevor had only been wearing his helmet that day things might be different right now. All forum members and all motorcyclist WEAR A DOT LID!!!!!!!!!!! a full face would even be better. I will be giving what I can to help Trevor and family out shortly. Everyone else try to do the same ;)

You are looking a lot better. Here's to a speedy recovery.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

I read Trevor your posts tonight; it's amazing how loyal he is to the SOHC clan, I knew he was dedicated to the old Hondas, but this is insane!!

This is Bret; Trevor's mom is meeting with the attorney today with a counter offer; the first one was insulting, to say the least... Stay tuned.

At the risk of being banned for posting to another forum- here's a great thread on ADV Rider that Dogjaw's been keeping up. He's very active there, and has been a great friend to Trevor. Lots of info there, but you do need to sign in.

I'm planning my own trip on a CB500 this summer -- and came across B.O.X.N.I.F.E.'s fantastic write-ups and photos, as well as this story.

Just wanted to share this link I came across as I learned about what happened in Arkansas. Best of luck on the continuing recovery! Your travels are an inspiration.

Sadly, it's been awhile since I have been on here and especially to check in here, to see how it's going. Trevor, the only thing I have been able to do, for your cause, was to buy one of those shirts and my Wife snatched that up, soon as it came in.  She wears it proudly, for your cause. We sure hated when we heard what had happened and I had a couple of 550K Parts bikes I was going to donate, but with me not being in Arkansas at the time and my bikes and other stuff were, a few disappeared, to include the 2 550s and a couple of dirt bikes as well. I hate that happened, though I don't know if my parts bikes would have been of much good to you. Buddy, We have been Praying for you to be able to get back in there and that the one who caused all of this, have to pay for his actions. I hate that you had to Suffer through this.  Bill & Michelle.
