« on: October 01, 2012, 03:09:03 PM »
Hey Folks ; Anybody here have an Airco Dipstick 160? Trying to set mine up for tig and needing help locating/rigging tig voltage controler. We can go over more of the ideas and info if someone has some info.   Thanks,   ...cougar...   P.S. I do use it for motorcycle welding  ;D !

Not a problem, Cougar.  We just try to keep the tech forum as relevant to sohc4-specific topics as possible.

Hey Chuck ; LOLOL, Yeah I'm the same one ! We met at WHCM . Had my 'Ol lady with me ! I had a 1976 Honda cb750, LOL ! My avatar pic (on HC.com) was taken there, right in front of the main building. I did post a thread over there, http://hondachopper.yuku.com/topic/48497/Airco-welder-info . Not sure why "Rake" didn't respond  ??? . I may just try to get a stand alone "TIG" unit as apposed to finding and buying a High Frequency Unit for my machine. LOL well right now I can't afford a candy bar (unemployed  :( ) Oh well maybe I'll modify the Title on the other thread to get "Rakes" attention . Thanks for the recognition !    ...cougar...
