Please help identify this CBX750P

Hi,

A friend just bought a CBX750P,  VIN rc-18-2304836  motor RC17E 4305262 (former Israeli police bike)
Please help with any info about this "P". (Production date ,  and if the engine is the original one).

I had CBX750 in Prague. Loved that thing, fully loaded with passanger it would cruise at 160 kmh all day long. Took it to Austria, Swiss, Germany, France that was one sweet machine.

 I saw a Honda Dream yesterday in person. Now that bike looks good, unlike the cb750's.
