latest news is, Mr Len Cooper, is using his business as a domestic address, therefore the bailiffs can't break in to seize goods, as it's against the law.

Does he have a car / van / truck to get him to and from his residence ?

Tony,

there are many options after winning a county court judgement, think about what is possible here : https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/enforce-a-judgment

Please forgive me if you have already exhausted all these possibilities, but I think "charge the person’s or company’s land or property" could be interesting. There could be a debate as to whether the debt was with an individual or a company, and if it was with a company is that entity still trading. Even if it is not,  perhaps in the process of being wound up, it might still own assets that you could place a charge upon. Maybe a car / van or a Glendale works.

Just thinking, but please talk to a solicitor.

Wishing you the best. I hate cheats.

Tony have you thought of taking it to the TV, one of these name and shame programs like Cowboy builders or the Bailiffs one, just a thought.

I have written to the daily express, money matters, but as yet have heard nothing, I believe what he is doing is, running a business from his home address, that means that the bailiffs can't force entry, also another factor is the amount he owes, isn't large enough to go to a debt collector, or persue it through the magistrates court, I have had a meeting with the C.A.B. last Thursday and they are sending me some ideas next week, but I have now decided to write to the mags and let them know, what sort of trader he is, starting with classic racer,

Tony, you might want to consider sending him this link as to what happens to people who mess with our members.

Actually the Beemer, Beamer, and Bimmer are sometimes used for BMW made vehicles, for the cars and the other for bikes...

Having worked with a few Porsche guys and worked for a few, they are often snobs and egomaniacs...
Stereotypes being what they are...

I'm a big guy and I have done some collection work for a friend that was in Wisconsin when I worked for AT&T in Columbus, Ohio and a guy bought some parts from my friend and was dodging him in email and had not paid for his parts. I dropped by and visited him at work giving him an envelope with my buddy's address as he apparently had misplaced it.  My buddy Herm had his money that same week.

This fellow that has stiffed Cobra needs a good blanket party thrown on his behalf...

His next door neighbour is a company called Bennett Brothers who make bespoke furniture, phone number is 01344 776914.
I'm not sure how old this info is but you could try ringing them and ask if Mr Cooper is still next door to them trading as C.A.T. or L.A. Cooper Enginering.

Google maps list the property as Glendale Works and there is a rather large building behind his house.
Looks like he works from home.

Hi, just wanted to give an update on Len Cooper - he also owes us several thousand pounds after a number of court cases

I can confirm that he has been living at and still does live at 25 Sandhurst Road, Crowthorne- however the house is up for sale, however he is renting the main house whilst living out the back behind closed gates (these are rarely opened as he does not like people entering the propoerty - wonder why???)

Not a nice man to deal with - if anyone has actually got the money back they deserve it would be good to know! - maybe there is still hope for us!
