Spooky Tom's Website
« on: November 24, 2012, 05:58:18 AM »
Does anybody know what happened to Spookytom's website?
I've had it "bookmarked" for several years and have found it to be an invaluable source for Honda info regarding paint colors, serial numbers and specs.

I've trying to access it for a couple of days and I keep getting the Internet Explorer message "cannot display the webpage".

I hope that it didn't go away.

I have not gone to that site for a while and just tried now.  Getting the same results as you.  I had several links
to different pages on that site and all come back "Not Found"  Hope it comes back up. Very usefull site for proper
paint colors.

I believe he was a member here. Went by the forum name Twinegar. If you view his first couple of posts, he mentions the SpookyToms website as his. Hasn't been on here since Jan. of this year....

I had emailed the owner of the site.    He had billing issues with the company that was hosting his site (AT&T).    After several failed attempts to get them to correct the problem (they way over billed  him), he closed the account.

I offered to spearhead a fund raising effort to help pay for hosting, but he never responded to my email of that offer.

It is too bad, as his site had a wealth of information.
