I would give you $300 for that ;D.  I have only ridden one of the VF1000's I think it was a VF1000R.  A mate of mine has it, he was going to sell it to me for a grand but then he decided it was worth a about 3 times that :-\.  When I took it for a run the one thing that stood out was how it delivers its power.  It didn't wait for revs, it just got its sh!t together and went.  Not like the inline fours where you have to wait for them to build revs before they decide to get going ;D.

Gday fella's , The VF1000R have a completely different engine to the VF1000, the 1000R has gear driven cams and  more HP.....

you might find hinterland motorcycles have an aftermarket catalouge,your best off buying on line though.
