Tim Parrott Rebuild Services

Has anyone used Tim Parrott rebuild services (Tim Parrott Enterprise) recently? I purchased rebuild service from ebay now cannot get an email reply or a phone call returned.
The last feedback he has on ebay was 11/29/2012. Is he still in business?

OK I did hear back from Tim. I was concerned because of a problem I was having with usps. USPS has had a package for me that has been at a sort facility wqithin 25 miles of me twich both times they sent it to the wrong Post Office.
