1975 750F0 Looking for tank cutaway image
« on: January 23, 2013, 04:34:57 pm »
Well here I go with another request for help from the SOHC4 folks. I have a small dent in a near perfect tank that I having DentDynamics take a look at to fix. I sent Daniel a number a images of the tank but I thought if I could come up with a cutaway of the tank it would be helpfull. Anyone know I can find one? Thanks in advance. Cougar

Buy a straight tank and use this one to copy to get the new paint and decal correct.........then sell the dented tank to someone that can live with it.

I'm keeping the tank and having a paintless dent removal performed. I found the business in this forum. Dent Dynamics Paintless Dent 1945 Cleveland Avenue. Santa Rosa, CA 95401
(707) 542-3368 or dentdynamics.net Somewhere in this forum there are two videos of dents being pulled from Honda CB 750's Anybody know where there at? I think it was in the Project Shop. Whooops! I just noticed that they have a video link in there site that shows the CB 750's  and a bunch of other videos of there work.

I also have Candy Saphire Blue 75 CB750 tank with a dent in it.  Mine is much larger on the top rear of the tank.

I'm definitely interested in how yours turns out.

Oh, wait... I don't quite understand what you're asking for... a cutaway?

I do have a couple good-to-excellent condition 75 CB750F tanks... are you looking for someone to take a mold of the upper back corner?

Kinda like a see threw view or a technical drawing. I'm having the dent removed without damaging the paint.  ;D Check out the pictures and videos dentdynamics.net/ Thanks again to the sohc4 site or I would be still trying to find someone to fix it.
