ordered my front an rear wheel bearings n neck bearings...exhaust gaskets..a 4 cell anti gravity battery..throttle cable...order exhaust next week...thats only thing holding me back from doing anything...for clearance on my rear sets is all...been working an ass load of overtime so i could have the money to build this...im $2000 into it so far..exhaust is like $330 shipped to the door then chain n sprockets n then i gotta get it painted...parts list new neck an wheel bearings...throttle, clutch an speedo cables...new gas cap..new 5 3/4" head light an bracket...dyna coils an 2 sets of plug wires..new spark plugs...new tail light..cafe seat pan...new grips..clip ons...yamaha gas tank...new red fuel line an clamps...new main an slow jets...velocity stacks...new clutch perch...new side exit side exit throttle assembly...mini speedo an aluminum bracket...new point an condensers...progressive fork springs an new fork seals an fork dust caps...new petcock...new rear shocks..points cover...float bowls, used set of carbs an new bowl screws...exhaust gaskets an a 4 cell anti gravity battery...oh an new tires

that battery weighs like 14ozs...i jus looked an a battery thats full size an fits is like 8.6lbs

im going kick only jus im gutting all relays an the starter out of the bike an rewiring...id have to mess with the charging system to do a true kick only..so easy solution is small battery an jus hide it..hell of alot cheaper

tail light showed up...not sure if im gonna use it..i ordered figured its dirt cheap an if i dont like it i can use the plate mount part anyways..i also ordered a spiked german helmet..im jus gonna cover it in stickers from all the parts i got...also looking at german goggles too...think it would be funny...people seemed to get a kick out of it when i rode round with my german gas mask on..haha...sorry my phone takes #$%*ty pics now...its getting #$%*ed up

Sorry mate but that would have to be the dumbest helmet {loosely described as} that i have ever seen, you hit the road with that on and those spikes will end up buried in your head..... :o  Go read the latest member accident thread, once again the helmet saved his life..

ive crashed before...helmet got ripped off my head an i ended up with both orbital bones broke an my nose broke an i was on the ground having seizures...an some road rash...yeah helmet helped me out alot  ::)...i have a normal full face icon helmet i wear normally right now...i get what your saying an appreciate it but im still young an dumb...i wear jeans...tee shirt an sometimes a sweat shirt depending on temps..steel toe boots an sometimes gloves...i never wear full leathers..yeah when i crash ill pay for it an so be it

I had a bad accident about 30 years ago and my helmet was ripped off also, it fractured my skull and broke my jaw, if i hadn't been wearing it, my head would have taken full impact of the tree that ripped it off, without doubt i wouldn't be here today if i hadn't been wearing it. I get the "young and stupid" thing , its the other idiots that'll get you so you may as well be prepared.... ;)
