I agree with you Xnavylfr mine handles great on the turns the price on that one is high. I paid $1,500 for my amen savior chopper. I put a 12 over springer on it and it does great. I'll admit turning it around is a bit of a booger sometimes. A 3 point turn turns into a 5 or 6 once in a while. Steam powered man if this is something your after build your own you can do it cheap sometimes. It's the extra fancy parts that get you. When mine gets done this month I'll have around $2,500 in it. That's with new paint rechroming seat ect ect. If at all possible try to find a plunger frame and go with a springer front end. You'll feel like your riding on a cloud (sometimes).

My CB750(AVATAR) chopper is basically a stock rear half of the frame with the seat rail lowered(KONGED) with a DOHC swingarm for an extra 3". The front half is single backbone and downtube with a Narrow FURY springer. The handlebars are HARLEY pullback T bars and when I sit on the seat and reach straight out from my shoulders is exactly where the controls are cause I built it that way!!!!
 Yes ,I agree there are some poorly built Choppers out there  that will toss you like a RODEO BULL (Lucky to get an 8 second ride) We can agree to disagree, some  like choppers, bobbers crotch rockets, cruiser,  they all have 2 wheels and they are meant to be ridden so get off your lazy backside and ride ,get some fresh air and quit #$%*ing about what somebody else rides!!

The one in question is a "Denver Chopper" bike, from what i've read they are fairly sort after bikes....

YES !!! A denvers choppers is well sought after in the Chopper world. In the same since so are the AMEN Savior frames. They were built with the lines of a rigid but had a spring section that the rear axle floated in. Some said the rear felt squirrely  and loose but if you had GOOD springs and bushings it was a VERY comfy ride.
