Sounds great to me.  How's about we shoot for 11:00am at the 76 station on the corner of Mt. Hermon Rd. and Whispering Pines Dr. in Scotts Valley?

Take Mount Hermon Rd. exit off hwy 17
Go straight on Mt Hermon Rd. for one mile
76 will be on your left (U-turn at light)
99 Mt. Hermon Rd.

Please text when you leave Monterey. I'm only a block away so no worries if you arrive early or late.

Uncle Pete is going to join us on his CB750K6

I also live in Scotts valley. Unfortunately I cant ride yet - I still need to fix a few things and sort out the paperwork before I can take it out. You guys probably went right by my house as I was cursing and swearing while trying to get the retaining ring out of my front master cylinder. Hopefully I'll be ready for next years ride.

Home again, home again. Took some more twisties, dodged a whole bunch more bicycles and avoided any more squid sideswipes. Godzilla is chillin' at the cove.
So much to do, so little time.

Greenhornet/Sal and his Cousin Triumph Dude #2/Frank still riding to LA.  I am home safely and glad to have met all the forum members whose names I only know from their tags.  Goldarrow/Paul and CoachDoc/John (both with beautiful original paint on their bikes--so 70's) and Pat @ Ape who rode 400+ miles to carry GZ-3 for a total of 2.5 miles (their should be some sort of award for that!).  And then Grumpy/DAVE (not John) and don't you forget it ! who surprisingly is not grumpy in the least (except for wanting to be called Dave) and Kyle/Kc.....(whose tag is too long for me to remember  ;)
Wish we all could have ridden further.  My ride report to follow.
Enjoy GZ-3 who seems a bit calmer than his brothers!

GET OFF MY LAWN!

-----------------------------------------

yeah, side-swiping ass clown on a Triumph sport bike shooting a blind corner at mach 3 almost took out three of us. he actually hit one of us as he was augering in to the side of the road. we're all OK except for a dented HM341. it happened behind me so i'll leave the details to those that witnessed it.

OK Sal, here:  http://www.comutomoto.com/products/held-sixtysix-kaki

Oh, and Mooshi... it's DAVE  :P  ;)

I just spoke w/ Ken , the proud owner of the Antares Blue 750F I rode in last years ride and I'll be meeting him at Sonoma State University in Rhonert Park at 5pm on Wed 6/5. We'll then take some fun roads over to meet Dave Voss in Napa around 7pm. If anyone wants to join us, feel free.

Just two miles from my house but I'll be working 6/5.  Have fun on the ride to Napa!

Spike and Murph, the good news is you now know about nearby members; you don't have to wait until next year to meet up for an afternoon ride. ;D

Lizard's at my house. He's hanging out w/ my cats and begging me to take him surfing, we'll see.

Spike, we're not leaving till at least 5pm. If you can make it, let us know.
