i'm in love with this bie..
how the front disk is treating you?
can i have some more pics of how you mounted the front fender please, is it VTR?
what size of jets do you have in there using pods and open exhaust?
too many questions?
In answer to your questions:-
The wavy disc works extremely well and significantly better than stock in the dry. It has not rained yet so can't comment on wet weather performance. The front brake set-up consists of a stripped and rebuilt caliper, Vesrah sintered metallic pads Ref VD1020F (FA13) available from A J Sutton.co.uk PDQ braded hose and Yamaha XT600 master cylinder.
The front fender was supplied by Mead Speed (
www.meadspeed.com) described as a Maxton front mudguard 120mm wide. It is bolted to the 4 original mounting points for the stock fender. I did have to reshape the fender to my taste.
Air filters are supplied by RamAir (
http://ramair-filters.co.uk/mr-pod-filters). Main jets increased from the stock 75 to 80, supplied by David Silver Spares (
www.davidsilverspares.co.uk).
