See if he would take 150 for both.

Since I don't need them at the moment, I'd rather spend on items that are more of a priority.   Ordered ss rear spokes from Buchanan's.....

Here's a nice "Mad Max" replica if anyone's interested? Cheers, Terry. ;D

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/KAWASAKI-z1000-1977-model-MAD-MAX-Replica-/161044083475?pt=AU_Motorcycles&hash=item257ef9b313

That's very cool, but if I were going to get a replica vehicle from Road Warrior, it would be a Falcon Interceptor replica.

Let me know when you want it Danny, and I'll build you one. Cheers, Terry. ;D

I'll send you a message as soon as I find myself with a winning lottery ticket.

For real??? It's a must see and while your watching Mad Max watch an earlier Aussie biker movie called Stone, it's all Z1 900's. Watch the un dubbed version of Mad Max if you can, the dumbed down dubbed version for the american viewers isn't as good once you've seen both.

There was a "dubbed" version for the US market mate? Fark! ;D

Yeah Terry,

Someone thought The Aussie accent wouldn't go over well in the American market so they dumbed it down a bit and dubbed it, it's much better in the un dubbed version plus the original version has a few scenes that they cut out of the dubbed film. The continuity of the original is much better.

Thats funny.... :o  We tried to dumb down some American movies too, but there's only so much dumb you can fit in, so we left them alone.... ;D ;D :o

Come again Retro? Couldn't quite make that out due to the Aussie accent you were typing with, hahaha.

Moto GP makes a ss exhaust for the Z1R, what a beautiful pipe. Even if this would fit on my bike, I will still put the OEM 4-4 exhaust on.

Hey Goddffery - I would like a spare motor, but shipping is a deal killer at the moment though.
If I'm not mistaken, that is off a '75 like mine based on that serial number.

Looks like the same thing he is building for cb750/550  with Kawa Z front headers. Without baffles that pipe is too loud. It is very loud with stock baffle on 550/750. But, it is a great sounding pipe. I would wonder if it is a good match for performance on the Z.  Price if no reserve is pretty low.

Well I have a buddy that lives in the Dallas area and makes a trip out this way about once a year; it's possible he would be willing to transport.

Key chain.... ;D ;D :P

I spoke to Chris a couple of months ago, he was hesitant to send me his old pipes due to the size and cost, these new ones pull apart at the collector as well making them a smaller item to ship.... I'll get one , one way or the other.... ;D ;)

If Steve doesn't want that motor I'm interested mate? (that should force Steve into action......) ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Godd - couldn't you just strap it to a pallet and freight it to TX? Couple hundred bucks??

I've had some people use this shipper http://www.forwardair.com/ when buying bikes or sending me motor jobs.
They seem to be reasonable and relatively professional.
