Wow thanks for the input. My wife has started riding with me and on big swooping bumps the rear tire hits the inside of the fender. I weight 190 and she weights 115. (If you Were going to ask)So you could say the shocks Are worn!! So I was looking for a replacement set. And almost bought those then said to myself I should see what the forum thinks. And I am glad I did. Thanks!
IIRC those shocks have been the subject of many threads. Bottom line was they aren't worth having. The spring rate was only good for a 250cc bike, though they have the fittings for a 750. The clevis area was very spindly and likely to break under load.

Just a point of order, its not the shocks that allow your wheel to bottom out, but the springs. Which in your case are sacked. IF they are OEM shocks then yes the whole shock and spring is sacked as they weren't any good from the git go.
Better quaity shocks will allow you to fit different spring rates for your load and riding style. Check with the manufacture.
