find a little plastic fish tank air pump elbow or joiner about 6mm,and simply screw it into the drain hole enough turns to hold it,then just use your brake bleed jar to catch the oil as you pump the forks up and down.

looks good, I think i'll give it a go, I needed fork new seal's ever since I bought my bike, so not sure how much is still in their.
Any great ideas to keep fluids clean is great!
