Hello from New Orleans
« on: August 21, 2013, 01:19:30 PM »
Hello everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been wanting to start a new project for a while and have finally decided on building a cb750 cafe. Right now I am still looking to purchase a project bike, but have a have already found a tremendous wealth of information on these forums already. I am sure I will have lots of questions and any advice is always appreciated.

Anyone out there with a spare bike please shoot me a msg. My initial investment is pretty limited as I want to spend the majority of my budget on the rebuild. I've never rebuilt a bike from the ground up and am looking forward to the experience.

Welcome, I lived in NO for about 3 years and miss it. Had some good times down there. Good luck with your purchase/build. I will say that when I lived down there old stuff for cheap was scarce. You may have to drive to get your project. Alabama CL would be a decent place to start
