Looks like the 400f is allowed in formula 250 as long as it keeps stock bore and stroke. That's where the 350t is, too. The 400f is also allowed in formula 500. However, the 550f and the 450dohc twins are allowed as well in formula 500... not to mention RD's (350 and 400's..) and TR's.
That looks like a tough freakin class.
No.

this was my birthday present a few weeks ago.  a track day with dad and fiancee on triffecpa's racebikes.   ;D
elizabeth is now convinced to put her ex500 in to race duty.   8)  awesome... totally, freakin' awesome.
this is triffec's cb750 raceprep and basically my first experience on a cb750... it handles completely different than stock, i know that.  falls into corners like a cbr900rr, my forearm was on fire by the end of the day and i could barely move my clutch hand!   :D
i'm pretty sure if i was on my plastic bike i'd be faster... with an equal increase in possibility of chucking it into the desert.    8)

not my bike
never ridden a cb750 more than 2 blocks
track day, not race day
not my bike

the only guy that passed me all day was the tech check in guy that rides the track regularly.  :P
i don't think i'm as slow as you might... its a slow track though!  tiny little thing.

but yes... i have definite room for improvement... that's why this is only my 2nd track day ever (my first was the same track running the opposite direction) and i moved from street rider to novice class.   ;D :D ;D

Cool. Like I said, I think we could race in the same class, if you do the formula 250 class.
Wonder if my omrra license will carry over to ahrma in a different state?
No.

i don't think so... AHRMA wants you to get their license and put their stickers on your bike if you put it in their races.

just have to figure out where to put the stickers to take advantage of the additional speed they will add.   8)

Hmm, we let ahrma racers in, you'd think they'd reciprocate :)
