It doesn't take much to put these old girls off their pace.
Cleaned and detailed my 750 for the parade last weekend. USED NO WATER, just cleaners and polish.
Next day I go to start bike and all is well until I hit the left turn fork lock. Every time it touches, the bike shorts and bike shuts off. I sit and actually laugh out loud after the 2nd time.
I put this in the open Forum because I get tired of reading these threads about wiring problems. (It always turns out to be a GROUND ISSUE) so don't reply how to find the problem. not the point....
Bike seems to run fine....just don't turn left to hard during the parade "I tell myself" and all will be fine

Then I try the turn signals. They light up, but only blink twice. AGAIN I have to laugh out loud.
I love her, I really wanted her to look her best for the parade and all....................and she won't show me no Love

By the end of the days riding, she stopped being irritated with the left turn lock and the signals would blink 3 times!!!!!!!!
who the hell knows what evil lurks.........
Just thought this is something every one here can relate to. Touch anything and who knows the consequences.
Trying to juice up the battery tonight with a trickle..good enough place to start
