It's just a metal polish I use. Works best when used with a power ball attachment and drill. I did this by hand.

The light rust removed, looks great. Wrapped in a towel, then some additional wrapping. Thick foam on each end and boxed.

Almost had one! Someone wanted to trade a S90 plus cash for the CB160. He was pretty hot on it. Sent me a picture and a CB77 was up against the wall.

Same old story. "I'm going to do a full restore next year". Yeah, ok. More than likely never happen.

Guess he wasn't hot enough for the 160. A guy from Vegas bought the 160 and the Dream.

I'll hang on to the muffler for a bit. You might need it down the road.

Yes, looking for a CB77 but chances of finding one close is slim to none. No truck, no trailer and won't deal with the shyster.

Not sure about that but maybe the only muffler never mounted.

Looking at your slide show, it appears that you have modified your intake runners to add vacuum ports for carb synchronization.  Did you do this?  If so, do you have any info on this? 

I'm in process of assembling my 160 road racer and have though about adding ports for this.
