Cb550 triple clamps

Hi guys

Was at a bike show the other day and picked up some cb650 yokes for £15 which I thought was a bargain the question is, will they fit the cb550 frame? The clamps are the fight size it's just the stem I'm worried about?

Any thoughts?

Jordan - if you can measure it (dia. And length) and send them along, I'll measure a factory 550 stem for you to compare. If you are at all worried about the spread and offset of the forks, that's a different issue. Just be cause the tubes are the same diameter is not an assurance of fit.
