Installing oilite bushings

I have a pair of oilite bushings to install, how big of a hole should I make.
The OD is 24mm, I was thinking making - on a lathe - something like 23.95mm hole, certainly hard to chase 1/100mm on my old Logan.
What do you think?

And does it need grease, such as grease from grease gun delivery passage?
