Can you tell me if CB 750 K0 brake rotors differ from K1 and later brake rotors and if so, what differs?

The hub on early ones has a square edge, later ones are tapered. That's all I'm aware of. I found a square edge one in my parts stash.

I found photos at yamiya, and as told by you this ist the only difference I can see (square edge)

Price for a new K0 disc is $ 848 + shipping + tax + duties ?

The early discs are thicker than the later ones. IIRC

Don't know where the change occurred.

Don't buy a new one. Buy one off the forum for a fraction of that and have it surfaced if you feel so inclined

The 77-78 rotors are different the earlier calipers will not fit correctly.
