CB350f Build//Modernized
« on: December 15, 2013, 11:40:35 AM »
This will be my first nearly full rebuilds. It isn't being restored, instead I'm replacing parts with higher performing ones from engine to steering.

Tank needs to be sealed inside and painted outside. Frame needs modified for the MotoLanna seat.
I'll post updates of modifications along the way.

Here it is as i receeived it.

Made some decisions for upgrades on this bike and have it moving in that direction. Progress is a little slow now but i have the bike in a workable position and a clear idea of what I want.
I now have a modern front and rear end for this complete with wheels and new tires. I'll send pics in the near future when i get the massive box in my loving room unpacked and the components assembled.
For the engine I plan on using most of the performance upgrades for the head on http://ttr400.com/

Here is the bike on it's stand now. I have the tank soaking and will be sealing it up soon.

That's a real interesting article on the oil pump! Might have to try that myself. Thanks!
