 now, then, for some trivia
let's see your knowledge in general motoring - old school,  pre-internet style knowledge

ok, we have a winner.... both the isetta 300 (3 wheels) and the 600 (four wheels) as well as the BMW 700 had a motorcycle connection by being powered by BMW motorcycle origin power units. the 300 uses the single, the 600/700 of the boxers.
However, there is another motorcycle connection beyond the  motor. Know it without google?

well, that thing is called isetta because its was originally designed at the italian ISO motorcycle factory, who later sold the rights to BMW. They became much better known later for cars, the Iso Grifo above all.
I never paid attention to this brand until my girlfriend told me her father took her mother to their honeymoon on an Isomoto 200 split single, all the way form Biella to Cinque Terre back in late 50's.  Can you imagine tackling a 400 mile round trip, two up on something like this?
