Hilarious! He could've done the 'American' thing and used the light for target practice...on a nightly basis.

Broke out laughing out loud (in my quiet office) with the:

I'm not surprised you get along well with all the other neighhours.  If you put fifty children with Down's syndrome in a room there is going to be a lot of hugging.
