It looks like you just match the wire colors... red is battery +, green is ground, black is switched ignition power, white is the field coil, yellows are the stator coil.
The newer Honda fours (with some exceptions that use a different alternator system) used the field coil control opposite to the old ones: our old design has field coil grounded with the regulator controlling the + voltage; newer ones have the field coil powered and control the ground side.
The manufacturer should be able to tell you which type this is. If it was sold for 69-78 CB750 use it should be the right kind to just drop in a normal wiring harness.
