I have a new fresh tank from Yamiya. Instruction with the tank say it is just to clean the tank inside and fill it with gasoline. (probably oiled surface as rust protection)

What about the future?
Future corrosion will be a future problem with sealer applied in about 20 years from now?
Or anything to be done now to decrease rust?

Get some 90W gear oil and roll it around in there.

Do what you think is best.
The tanks came from Honda bare metal 40 odd years ago. There are plenty of them around that are still clean inside.
If you believe that a tank needs a lining, then line it.
My experience is that a bare metal tank, if cared for, has no rust (or any) problems.
Also: that tank coatings cause endless problems. Possibly new technology coatings are less of a pile of crap than the old Kreem et al - but after it fails, cleaning that flaking slimy sh!t out of a tank is a real pain. If you have an irreplaceable tank that's been abused and has pinholes... hmmm... I'd scrap it (or display it on a self) before using a sealant, and find a good tank to use.

I was hoping for some magical fluid for the clean metal.... sealer is the last resort for tanks with holes or close to...
Keep tank full with gasoline is the way then.....

As far as I'm concerned you just answered you're own question right there, if a tank has pin holes then line it. It it's clean and rust free, make sure to keep it topped up and you shouldn't have any problems. The tank on my 77 is still spotless after all these years, I try to keep it full most times.

Stabil 360, has a vapor that protects above the fuel level, I saw it on TV, it has to be true. Right? Some guys use a tiny bit of 2 stroke oil in their gas. Your mileage may vary.

My tank is original and rust free. Just keep fuel in it and don't stop riding.
You will be pushing up daisies before you need to worry about it.   ;D
You don't even need to keep it full. Riding around puts a coating on the innards.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

I use ATF for storing tanks, I have my 70 750 done now just every now and then move it around.
