cb500 clutch cable question
«

What is the difference in the lengths of clutch cables for the cb500
22870-323-010 (USA) vs. 22870-323-620 (Euro)
I have the shorter european bars on my bike but only the USA cable is available here. Would there be any problems using it ?

I don't think will make that much difference. Make sure when your routing the cable you don't kink it.

New Honda clutch cable in, proper routing around steering tube, through frame and between 1&2 inlets, works beautifully.

Lucky you. I got a cable for my Euro barred 550, must be US spec. Cable needs to go up over the clocks.

Could be because the 550 has different clutch/location.
After looking closer last night. The euro bars dont have the knurlind in the bar clamp. I'm thinking theyre aftermarket now.

the 500 and 550 clutch cables use a different free length, you cant use a 500 cable on a 550 and visa versa!
