72 350 cl
« on: March 08, 2014, 08:08:12 AM »
I'm thinking of selling my 1972 350 cl this spring.  Runs good new tires new tabs clear title.  Any ideas on what i should ask for it.I have had it for about 6 yrs.but i never ride it.  I put about 50 miles on it last year and i think it would be better to let somebody else enjoy it.  It could use some cleaning, but it looks good and always starts.  My wife actually thinks I should keep it...but here's a photo.  I couldn't get a good photo today, it's buried between a boat and a golf cart.

Hard to put a price on it without knowing condition (original paint?), mileage and pics. Stock pipes??
I might be interested in it at a thousand?

Thanks for the reply.Pipes are solid and paint is original.I have a extra set of cabs and air boxes,a rusty tank, and a few other parts.I will try to find a pic or two to post.I have it stored at my parents garage, because they have more room.Might go later today a get a few pics. Now that the 550 is running the 350 just sits.I do like the bike but feel guilty never riding it.It was just an idea to maybe get a few peoples takes on how much maybe I could get for it.

This was my first bike.
670 dollars new (in 1973) Ont Canada.
Not many around, if it is low miles the price should be up there with the best of them.

If you can't find anyone to buy it (ha ha) let me know.
